Jingle bells

Happy new year everyone! A brand new year waits for us! To all the people that stuck around, thanks for being there and being my friend. I wish you all the success and happiness 2011 brings.

I'm sure everyone had their ups and downs. But come on. Life still goes on, no matter what. The thing that matters is being able to turn the bad luck into a good one. You know what they say, if life brings you lemons, make lemonade!

People will walk out of your life, and you'll meet the greatest people ever in return. They'll be more than happy to be in replacement of those who were dumb enough to go. Its there loss, dudes.

Do whatever you want in 2011. Eat whatever you want. Do whatever makes you happy. Be yourself. Be proud. You're unique, always know that. AND MAKE THE MOST FUN OUT OF 2011! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Circus Girl.

I just discovered this song. Its pretty cute. I'm prettyy sure it'll get me out of this depressed mood in no time.
It's called 'Circus Girl' and is by Mindy Gledhill. Here are the lyrics. Check it out! :)

I'd travel near, travel far
If I could just be where you are
We'd have a show
Like performers living life on the go
And I'd tame bears and tigers
Just as long as I could

Walk on a wire, jump through a fire for you
Hang from my knees on a trapeze while you
Make me spin
Yes, you make me twirl
Like a circus girl

From overseas, we'd acquire the most bizarre oddities
And charge quite the fee for the people
Who will flock just to see
I wonder what they'd pay
To see my heart on display

Maybe I'm too blind to see that
I am just the clown who follows you
Around and around and around

Crunch.

You know what I get mad at?

1) People that don't smile. Why do they do that? What is it for them to smile? It's just an easy movement of the lips, that mean a lot more. A smile could make people happy. Actually, not 'could', a smile WILL make people happy. I'm talking about a warm, friendly smile, not a "I'm better than you, you *@#!" smile. I do not understand why people don't smile. A single warm smile could really cheer you up. What would one lose if he/she smiled? It may not seem a lot, but I assure you that it'll make the other person happy. So why not? SMILE!

2) People who ignore you. Who the do you think you are, ignoring me? I know they know me, and I know they know I know them. Why ignore one another? What is the point? Gosh.

:(

I feel so depressed. Like really, really depressed. And I don't even know why. Something really weird is going on. Because I don't want to watch movies, or listen to music. These are the things I always do when I feel bad or bored. But all I want to do now is to just lay on my bed and do nothing. I feel empty. I don't like this. Where did it come from? I never feel like this. Ever.
I am even getting angry at the most random things.
I think Catcher In The Rye wasn't the best book for me.
Was this the way Holden felt?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not crazy or anything, but I just feel weirdly depressed.
?!?

Wtf?

Hmm.
Hey why aren't the colors showing? Some words should've been orange and stuff. It looks to plain and boring without colors. I'll try to fix it.

Some other time.

Rain.

It's raining outside right now. It reminded me of the song "Rain" by Priscilla Ahn. It's a nice song, you should listen to it. Here's the lyrics:

Well it's raining and it's pouring
and my old man, well he is snoring

Rainy day stay

Well my brother, he builds a puzzle
on the blue rug with lazy bubbles

Rainy day please stay

Rain rain don't go away, the sun can come back another day
rainy day please stay

Well my mother, she doesn't bother with the dishes in the kitchen

Rainy day please stay

Well now I am three thousand miles from a rainy day with my dearest lovers

Fathers dreaming of the fall
Mother covers with the shall
Brothers in the yellow hall, painting pictures on the wall
I am listening on the floor, to sounds I used to know
Rain is falling to the ground praying all the hopes
are found

Rain rain don't go away, the sun can come back another day, rain please stay

rain rain rain rain....

Barney

My little brother told me that he had lost his book called "Where's Barney?" I looked all over, went nuts trying to find it. But couldn't.
Well played Barnes.

----

Just think. We live in this universe that reaches out to infinity. And around this, there is an innumerable amount of multiuniverses. What is your place in this greatness? Not even a grain of sand. Who went out with whom? Who lied, who failed, who died? Just keep on forcing your brain to think about unimportant, inessential and pointless stuff like these. No one cares about the things you do in this world. You just keep on being a grain of sand. No matter how hard you try, this does not change. You were born as that grain of sand, and you'll die as one.

This was written by Beliz. I just translated it into English.

It's so true. Our place in this world of more than 7 billion people is so small. So little. The things happening around us are so unimportant. "She went out with him, but then they broke up because ..." So? It may seem like everything. But you are not the only one. This doesn't change a thing. Nothing.

I'm Back.

It's been so long.
I don't know why I hadn't written for so long. I had a lot going on, I guess.

Well, do not fret because I'M BACK!

BS

BS. Totally. There was the moon all right, but no Mars. I waited till 12:30 for nothing. Well it was worth it I guess because when I came back (pissed because I couldn't see Mars), my friend told me that there was smackdown on Fox TV. It was awesome. It was so funny! It was like a freakin brazilian soap opera. Edge and John Cena were fighting then the Nexus guys came along. (Those guys are so scary. They're are like 7-8 of them and they all have these identical black t-shirts with yellow "Nexus" written on them.) Then they started fighting. Then this blonde bimbo came running into the ring. It was so funny. The way they hit and punch each other is hilarious. It is so fake! Even the way they talk. I've decided to go to one of those shows and see the thing live. I highly recommend you to watch it!

I'm going to see Mars! I hope.

They say that tonight, the planet, Mars will be visible to the naked eye, that we will be able to see Mars right beside the moon. Cool right?
I'm pretty curious. So I'm going to stay up late till I can see both of them. I'll try to capture the moment with my cam. I hope the pics will turn out the way I want them to.

Quotes.

Hello babes!
Yesterday,I found a word document in my computer. It's got really nice quotes that I copied and pasted. I'll like to share some with you. Enjoy:)

-"If you find your truth, you must follow it. You could find it in a paper bag, or in a statue, or in a slaughterhouse; you might find it dangling somewhere. People might say, “What the heck are you doing?” But it’s OK if they don’t understand. And if you follow it, stay true to it, and respect it, you could be in store for the greatest journey you could ever imagine."

-"We've got to learn hard things in our lifetime, but it's love that gives you the strength. It's being nice to people and having a lot of fun and laughing harder than anything, hopefully every single day of your life."

-"Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."

-"At this moment there are 6,770,818,671 people in the world. Some are running scared. Some are coming home. Some tell lies to make it through the day. Others are just not facing the truth. Some are evil men at war with good. And some are good struggling with evil. Six billion people in the world. Six billion souls and sometimes all you need is one. "

-"Words are important. If you want to care for something, you call it a 'flower'. if you want to kill something, you call it a 'weed'."

The Mosquito.

I hate mosquitos. I just hate them.
I hate the noise they make.
I hate the way they annoy you just befor you're going to fall asleep.
I hate the way they leave a big, red, itchy spot where they bite.

And last night, they drove me CRAZY!!!! I named the mosquito Bruce. And I think he belongs to a top secret, special, deadly agency that annoys people to death.

It was late, 12:15. I was getting ready to sleep when I saw and heard Bruce. I just sprayed Raid and then continued what I was doing before.

12:30. I'm in bed. I'm just about to sleep. I feel my eyelids starting to close. I feel the weight of sleep. In a few second I'll be fast asleep.
BUT NO! Bruce will not leave me alone. He makes that stupid vizzzzzzzzz that DRIVES ME INSANE!!!
I get up so fast, thatI get a wierd head rush. I turn on the bed side lamp and grab the nearest book I see. My intention is to smack Bruce on the wall and smash him before he gets that close again. I do not want to itch all day. I wait for about 15 minutes, sitting in my bed and listening to Bruce. But no sign of him. I'm guessing he got tired/scared of me so that he's gone back to his agency. I decide to go back to sleep.

But again. Bruce comes just at the moment I'm falling asleep. HOW DOES HE DO THAT? HOW?

This time I get up and grab the Raid can. I spray the whole room. I think I sprayed the whole can. I'm sure Bruce can't stand that. Ha. (I mean if even I'm almost choking with that disgusting smell, he surely should be dead by now)

I go to bed once more. I listen. No sound from Bruce. That's what you get if you annoy me like that grinch. Then I fall asleep.

Even though I was sure I destroyed the counter agent from the deadly agency, also known as Bruce, I'm not sure how I got two of the red itchy spots on my left leg. They look terribly similar to mosquito bites. Well played Bruce, well played.

I'm Back!

Bonjour mes amis!

I haven't been writing for what, a month and a half? As I said before, I was in Paris, and it was AWESOME! (Imagine me saying awesome the way Barney Stinson says on How I Met Your Mother) It really was one of the best summers in my life. It was so fun. And now, I've started thinking about going to college in Paris. Towards the end of the program, I started feeling like a Parisienne. Hahaha. It really was a beautiful experience.

One of the classes I had was Cuisine. I think it was fab! We had a final buffet for the teachers and the staff at the end of the month. I'll tell you a little about that. Hahaha my fave topic.

Making a buffet like that takes a lot of work. A lot. We had to cook for almost 60 people and it wasn't easy at all.
We had about 7-8 dishes, 2 of them desserts. We made Fungi Caravella which is some kind of pasta we served in little wood plates. (The theme of the buffet was nature and eco-friendliness) We had shrimp in berry sauce, ratatouille tartines, bruchettas with citron and sardine butters, vegetarian spring rolls and a few more that I can't remember right now. For desserts we had a Brazilian dish called brigaderros. It was so good. Condensed milk, chocolate and butter. Could it get any better? We made them into little balls and rolled them in coconut and pistachio. I think it was one of the best desserts I've ever had.

Making drinks was so fun! We had this tiny bar kind of place (actually just a table with glasses and ice and stuff on it) where we prepared the drinks for people. Smashing mint leaves in the glass and putting ice and berry syrup.... I felt like a barman. (barmaid? I guess:)

It sounds like just cooking and putting the dishes on a table but no. Of course not. It has so much more to do. You have to put them in a specific order. Make them look good.
Then always be on the look out for finished plates, glasses left in the middle of nowhere. (Those need to be picked up. Always. Or else it looks bad if there are piles of plates and glasses everywhere.) Then, always change finished plates of dishes on the buffet table. (I don't remember how many times my friends and I ran in to the kitchen to get more food) Also, always be prepared for any kind of crisis. For example, we had a little crisis when it came to our second dessert. There was supposed to be a red sauce on the fromage blanc-yoghurt thingy, but we realized that we forgot to put the sauce!:) Our teacher, Julie helped us and cut little pieces of fruits to put on the yoghurt.

Even if it takes a lot of time, and is really hard work, and may be painful at times (I cut my finger while chopping avocados. Nothing serious or bloody, but still... :) IT WAS REALLY FUN!

Wow I wrote a lot. Işıl this should take you a lot of time to read:) I'll write more about the experiences I had in Paris. I'll make it up for the my lack of writing this past month:)

Au revoir

Hello babes,

Sorry that I didn't write anything for a long time. Even though I didn't have school, I just couldn't find the time. All I did this week was go out with my friends, watch movies and shop.
I don't think I'll be able to write much this month because I'm going to Paris! A summer school in Paris to be exact:) I hope I'll have lots of fun and that I'll meet a lot of nice people. And of course improve my French. I don't think there is wi-fi in the dorms so it'll be hard for me to write much. But do not worry because as soon as I come back, my family and I will go to our summer house in Kusadasi and I'm sure it'll be easier.
Bye for now!

Dentist

I'm at the dentist right now. It's always so boring, sitting on this lame green couch and doing absolutley nothing.
You can if you want to, read some magazines. There are good ones around like Vogue or Rolling Stones, but the problem is that they're from 2002. Which isn't ideal if you are in the year 2010.

They always call on me 20 minutes after the time they originally assign me. Sometimes I come 15 minutes late, thinking they will call me in 5 minutes. But no. I still sit on that lame old couch and wait.

By the way, I just started watching a new TV series called Chuck. My best friendos Misroid and Isil recommended it. I watched 2 episodes today and hope to watch more when I get home.
If I get home before tomorrow, that is. (I don't think they'll be calling me in to see the doctor any time soon.)

Thursday, June 24, 2010

Sorry.

I couldn't write anything for a long time. My room is being redone, so I couldn't use the Internet. Today, I finally put together my Internet, with all of it's cables and stuff. I felt really proud when I saw it worked. :)
I am at the moment watching a TV series called Aşk-ı Memnu, which is a really popular show in Turkey. It is based on a novel written many years ago. It's the final episode today so I'm really excited.
I'll try to write tomorrow with a more interesting topic.
Bye:)

Colors.

Hmm. I want to talk about an idea Işıl, my bf, and I talked about some time ago. It was pretty hard to understand, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to explain it, and more important, you'll be able to understand it. We were talking about wierd issues like life and death and stuff so this may seem really weird too. But just give it a chance.

We see colors right? There are more than 10 million of color in the world. We learn the names of colors. A banana is "yellow" for me and "yellow" for you. We were tought like that. But what it you see a different color and still were tought "yellow"? Maybe the banana is the color pink for you. Maybe the concept of the color, "yellow" is the color "pink" for me. Try to think about it. It is wierd.

I'll try to explain it again, with another example.

When we were young, small and were just learning the names of colors, our parents and teachers tought us the colors of many things. The names were universal. An orange is orange and the sky is blue. But maybe you see the sky a different color, but still think it is blue because you were tought like that. Maybe the sky is red for you, and you think it is perfectly normal. Maybe it is green for me, but I say it's blue because that is what I learned. I'm trying to say that maybe everybody sees everything differently. Eyesight changes from person to person.
So before you go to sleep tonight, think about this. He he.

So True.

Here is a something written on a picture I saw on my friend's blog. I thought it was pretty funny so I'll share it with you. Hahaha Nur.
"Remember. When somebody annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT it takes only 4 muscles to extend your arm and bitchslap that fucker."

Yay!

Bon soir
Woohoo. The finals are over! I am free. Yes.
As for my little personal celebration, I stayed home, did nothing but watch the Vampire Diaries. I finished the whole season in 1 day. My brain was overwhelmed with the characters and their deaths and twisted relationships, but it was all worth it. My friend Melis recommended this show to me and I'm really happy that she did. The ending was so twisted that I was utterly shocked. That's enough with the Vampire Diaries, moving on.

I've started to re-read the book, Wuthering Heights. It is on the list of books I'm going to read over the summer. Here are some other book I have in mind,
-the bell jar.
-to kill a mockingbird.
-guy next door.
-brida.

Btw, I got the soundtrack I was talking about. The song Heavy In Your Arms by Florence and the Machine is awesome. I didn't like the other songs that much but this one is really good.

The Final Countdown

There is a song like that. I think it was by Europe. It's a famous song and I'm sure you've heard it.

This week I have 5 more exams and then I will be free. I took 2 of them today so that leaves me with 3 more. I know I've been talking a lot about exams lately and I'm sorry. I'm bored out of my mind with these stupid exams too.

I'll talk about something different for a change. Did you know that I love rainy weather? A lot of my friends like sunny and warm weather but I like the opposite. I love it when the sky is grey and it's raining like crazy. Today was a day like that. It was raining so much that the schools were made half-day. Normally, I would've been really happy for the half-day news but I wasn't at all because our school is halfday already due to the exam week. Oh well, what can I do? :)

I have to get back to business and start studying for history and physics. Woohoo.

Yellow!

It is 12:12. Oh. I have to make a wish. Back in a minute.

I made my wish. But I'm not going to tell you because then it wouldn't come true. (It's not like you asked for it, but I thought I'd just let you know)

The finals still haven't finished. I have 5 more exams to go. My nightmare: BIOLOGY. I really don't like biology. I like the systems but I hate ecology. I don't why. Every student has a subject they truly hate right? So bio is mine.
After this wednesday, when the finals will be finally over, I WILL BE FREE!
I even made a list of the things I plan to do. (Since I couldn't do any of them because the exams)

1-Organize my Itunes. Make new playlists. Organize artists, albums etc. Add new songs and put them in their own little playlists.
2-Read the books I've started but couldn't finish.
3-Order the stuff in my cart in Amazon.com.
4-Put all my movies in order. Buy new DVD boxes.
5-Clean up my room.
7-Go out with my two wierdos, I and M:) Find cool vintage stores in Beyoglu. Also with B, to explore everywhere mentioned in my little book about exploring Istanbul.
8-Shoot a short movie. The theme? Throw it on the ground day. :)
9-........ and a million other things that I'm a little lazy to write.

I shall see you soon

Home

I took these photos last week, when I was bored out of my mind studying geography. I ran into the kitchen and photographed everything I saw. It really had no purpose, but then again, is everything we do in live meaningful? I don't think so. Whatever, enjoy.

The Eclipse Soundtrack is coming out!

Hello babes
I pretty psyched right now. I just learned that the soundtrack of the movie Eclipse is coming out.
I used to be a big fan of the twilight series but now I don't really like them. It's got boring and unrealistic and stupid. I mean vampires? Come on.

But that doesn't mean that the soundtrack isn't good. Being an indie-rock fan, I really really enjoy the music used in the movies. The New Moon soundtrack was really good. It had the Editors, Lykke Li, Bon Iver (they're really good by the way), Thom Yorke and many more that I can't remember right now. So I'm sure this time is no exeption. Can't wait till it comes to stores. I'm sure my iPod can't wait either.
Tchao

formspring ME!

Isn't formspring fun? I really enjoy asking stupid questions to people without them knowing it's me. Answering stupid question asked to you is always pretty funny too. Some people say that it's stupid and a waste of time. I won't object. It really is unnecessary and a waste of time. But it's not like Formspring is the only one! Look at Facebook. We could clearly say that it has become such a frenzy that people have literaly become addicted to it. I have friends who cannot log off out of facebook. Well what can I do? At least I'm not as hooked up on Facebook as they are.
Let's hope Formspring won't become as addictive as Facebook or else I'll be an addict.

Hello.

I couldn't find a better title.
I'm at the moment doing this stupid portfolio thing. It's pretty boring.
The finals are coming up and all I want is the finals to be over.
After next week everything will be AWESOME!
No more classes, homework, boring projects.
Lots of fun.
Cannot wait!

Relax

Relax, take it easy.

Why do we have to work so hard? Why do we have to do this and that?
We are in a constant rush. We can't enjoy our lives like we should. Or could.
But what are we working for? What are we wasting the precious times of our lives doing?*
Trying to attain the unattainable. One is never enough is it?
Why do we feel like we have to do something? Are not we forced?
Can't we just live?
Can't we just relax, and take it easy?

I guess not because just as I was thinking about "relaxing", and I remembered that I have to write a commentary. Rrr.

Notre Dame de Paris

Last Wednesday my friends and I stayed after school to watch the school musical. This year it was Notre Dame de Paris.
We had 3 hours to kill before the musical so Isil, Misra, Ece, Rana, Ipek, Irem, Ceren and Ilgın and I, went to the elementary school. The elementary school has the best playground ever. There is this thing, I don't know the name, where a rope is tied between to docks, and to the ropes, plastic seat-like-objects are tied. You run to the those and slide to the other dock. It's so fun. You feel like your flying. Normally, one person should ride those at a time, but we rode those with three people. :)
We ran around the playground like little children, we swung on the swings.
We barely arrived in time for the musical.
The musical was good. It was much better than last year's. The singers sang well, the songs were good the choreography was interesting. Actually, I can say that I really liked the songs. After the musical and when I went home, I downloaded the songs. I specifically liked "Bohemienne", "Les Temps De Cathedrals" and of course, "Belle".
It was a tiring yet a golden day.

Sorry for not wrting for a long time. The reason was: I was lazy. Simple:)

I want to tell you guys about the movie I just watched. It's called "The Young Victoria" directed by Jean-Marc Vallée and is a real story. It's about the English Queen Victoria who became queen in the young age of 19. She was both very young and inexperienced. This movie was about her and was bluntly fascinating. The cinematography was very interesting. Emily Blunt and Rupert Friend both were really good. I've always loved these kinds of films and this was no exception.
Long story short, I really loved the film and really would recommended it to everybody.

Fly.

I've always wanted to fly.
To be free as the birds in the sky.
To be able to go anywhere and anytime, light as a feather, without the worry of the future or responsibilities.
I've always wanted to let myself fall into the white, puffy clouds or into the dark hands of the night.
I've wanted to see the endless lights of the city from a birds view. I've wanted to feel the breeze on my cheeks, the wind in my hair.
I still do. But don't know how. Or when. Or ever.

Thursday

Today is going to be a tiring day. Thursdays usually are.
Also, today my bff has her piano exam. I took it last week and I got so nervous that my fingers were shaking. I don't know how it went, I'm not sure.
I hope her exam goes well! Let's all wish her luck!
I'm writing this in the bus. I'm the first one to be picked up so it's always freezing when come in. Cold as my heart.

Hahahaha kidding. I wanted something poetic but it didn't turn out that cool did it? Nope.
I'm going to go now before I make any more unnecessary poetic remarks because when I read/type something in a moving vehicle, I always feel nausea. And feel dizzy. I'm going to lose myself in my music. Maybe Spread Your Love by the Black Rebel Motorcycle Gang.

Tchaoo:)

I don't like being tired. But I am. Hm.

I am so tired. I had PE today. First period.
Since it was a tuesday, my class schedule was pretty wild too. I ran from one boring class from one another. I want to sleep, and lose myself in my warm bed, snuggled up in my blanket. But I can't. I have to finish my math homework and then I have to read my history notes for the quiz tomorrow.
By the way, have I told you that I hate PE? Here is why,
1)It's first period. Who would like to run or play ball in 8 in the morning? And get all sweaty?
2)I hate wearing tights and wierd leotards. But I have to when we have gymnastics. Plus, like that's not enough, we have to make dorky choreographies. Wtf?
3)Its 85 minutes. Too long in my opinion.
4)I think it is totally pointless to learn a sport that I will never, ever play in my future life. Ex: Handball.
5)Being split in to two groups of boys and girls. Why can't we play together? Its not like we're going to do something. Duh.

I have like a million more reasons but I have to do my homework.

Endless.

I took this photo. I really like it. It's black and white. (which I love) The curtain is slightly opened. It's like a new begining, a new start. I tells you that nothing is the end. There is always a continuation. There is always the sun after a storm.

This picture reminds of the song Breathe Me by Sia. You should listen to it. It is one of the most sad, heartbreaking but at the same time relaxing songs I've listened to. Hope you like the pic and the song.

This is rock.

I bought a CD called This Is Rock. When I was buying it I wasn’t really sure because I thought there were only hard rock songs which don’t let you hear anything but the screams of the singer. It turned out that I was completely wrong. The CD is pretty good. I loved the songs except a few. Here is my top 7:
Hey You - Pony Pony Run Run
Too Fake - Hockey
A Punk - Vampire Weekend
Skeleton Boy - Friendly Fires
Bells - CirKus
Pearl’s Dream - Bat for Lashes
Live Good - Naïve New Beaters

Dude, what's with the hair?

Dude, what’s with the hair?
*Sorry I couldn’t post anything for about a week. I had these crushing exams.I couldn't find the tine to write. My bff was going to kill me if I didn't write. I got scared. :)*
This time I’m writing about a hairstyle I saw on a man walking down the Istiklal. I even tried to take his photo without him noticing. I did. I’m proud.
So this man got me very surprised. I usually like long hair. (When I say ‘long’ I’m NOT talking about hair down to the shoulders. It shouldn’t even pass the chin. NOT like those metal guys do. Ew.) It’s weird how people have really weird and different hairstyles now. I don’t mean to criticize or anything. I just want to share my thoughts.
I don’t really know the purpose of this post really. Maybe it was because I was OVERWHELMED with weird hairstyles yesterday. (We went to a classical music concert yesterday with my dad and I assure you that there were much weirder hairdos than this one.) Maybe I should die my hair green and start a new fashion. What do you think?

It's movie night!

Yeah. I'll admit it. I AM A MOVIE FREAK. I just love to watch movies. I have like a 180 piece collection of DVDs. When I'm bored, when I have nothing to do or just for fun, I'll watch movies.
So today was a day like that. I was tired and bored so I sat in front of my TV and started watching some movies. I've watched 2, one called Island and one called Dear John. Both were really good. We started watching the movie, Island in English class today and I really liked it. (Another thing about me: I am unpatient. Really.) So I went to the library right after class and checked out the movie. It was a good action movie.Just like the book we read in class, The Giver.
Dear John was a good film too. I watched it because I had read the book by Nicholas Sparks. I was curious about the way they shot some parts. That's the reason I watched it. It was a romantic-drama I guess. My eyes filled with tears in some parts and I'm not a big fan of tear-jerkers but overall, I liked it. I would give it 4 stars:) Now I'm going to watch my third movie called "Monster In Law". I'll write again:)
Bye for now

I'm angry.

Dude. I shouldn't be doing these. Why am I memorizing how to draw a cyclobutane while I could be outside, soaking up vitamin D? Why, oh why? I'm young and should be enjoying my life. NOT, I repeat NOT writing freakin numbers in mod 5s. I mean if you wanted the number written in mod 5, why didn't YOU write it yourself? Yeah Mr. Inventor.of.mods, I really would like to sincerely thank you. Thanks for making me HAVE to learn these. I'm not saying I don't like math. No I actually do. But I like math when I actually learn something that could possibly help me in my future life. Why should I fill my head with stuff that will contribute absolutely nothing to my future career? I just don't know.
It's not like I can do anything about it. Even if I don't want to study, I have to. That is why I studied for chemistry and math today. For about 6 hours. One fourth of my day is gone now. I'm sure I could've done something much more useful. Maybe like reading these really cool books I just borrowed from my bfs?
So now, tired and sleepy, I'm writing this. A LOVELY week full of exams is waitng for me. I can't control my excitement/happiness/whatever warm feeling. I just love being sarcastic.

Let's all be stupid.

Diesel's new add. I saw it at the back of the newspaper. It was a pretty big picture. Some people think that its a bad idea to have a slogan like that, and that it is a kind of critization towards people. But you know what? I loved it. I think its really original. It totally gets the reader's attention. Also the pictures are really good. Creative, colorful and fun. The "Be Stupid" message makes total sense. The problem with the people all around me -some people excluded. they know who they are! my 2 best friends. :)- is that they all think that you'll never survive without being smart. I mean of course you need a little mind once in a while. But life isn't all about that. You know what I mean? You sometimes just have to let it go. And act totally stupid. Have fun without thinking what everybody thinks, without the worry of "being smart".
Well long story short I loved the add. The commenrcial for television was awesome too. That is a cool song my friend. Haneytrap by Wehaveband.
See you lata alligata
=)

Farewell note to my hair.

Today is a big day. I'm having my hair cut. And not just like 3 cm's. I'm going to have my hair cut to a length that is a little above my shoulders. (Which is a big step since I never had my hair that short.)I hope it'll look good. Better the way it looks right now at least:)
Now I have to go. I'll write again tonight.
Wish me luck:)

And the wanderer starts to wander.

I really never thought about having blog. It never crossed my mind.
I was never the most comfortable person to express her feelings. I mean who is?
After following Marauder’s blog, I kind of understood that writing what you feel, sharing your thoughts and interests on a blog wasn’t all that scary.
Thanks I. You were the one who really encouraged me. If it weren’t for you I wouldn’t be writing this right now. At this time. But I am writing this right now, at this time, instead of studying for my little chemistry quiz tomorrow. Well whatever. I’ve had enough with cyclopropanes and butenes anyway.
